It's not the Internet that's the problem, but your computer, or rather what everyone else has done to your computer. What you have is a security issue, and you most likely have spyware, malware, or other malicios software hidding out on your computer, or you have not updated your PC in a while so you have vulnerabilities that somone is exploiting. What you need to do is make sure automatic updates is turned on and set to automatically download and install updates. Then go to the Windows update site and download and install every essential update they have until there are no more updates to do. The optional ones are optional and are not needed.
After you have updated your machine, make sure your antivirus is updated. If you don't have one, get one as there are great free ones available
www.kmctechguy.com/forums/software/14-fr...ivirus-software.html. After your antivirus is updated, run a full scan on your system and remove any vulnerabilities found.
If the above 2 have already been done, then make sure your web browser is up-to-date, and upgrade them to the latest version. IF you have the latest version of your web browser, then make sure you delete all temporary internet files and delete all cookies.
Once you have done all of the above, I am fairly sure you will not be having this problem any longer. If you do, then you may have a piece of software running on your computer that has a bad bug in it causing a vulnerability in your web browser. Let me know how it goes.
