It's not the Internet that's the problem, but your computer, or rather what everyone else has done to your computer. What you have is a security issue, and you most likely have spyware, malware, or other malicios software hidding out on your computer, or you have not updated your PC in a while so you have vulnerabilities that somone is exploiting. What you need to do is make sure automatic updates is turned on and set to automatically download and install updates. Then go to the Windows update site and download and install every essential update they have until there are no more updates to do. The optional ones are optional and are not needed.

After you have updated your machine, make sure your antivirus is updated. If you don't have one, get one as there are great free ones available www.kmctechguy.com/forums/software/14-fr...ivirus-software.html. After your antivirus is updated, run a full scan on your system and remove any vulnerabilities found.

If the above 2 have already been done, then make sure your web browser is up-to-date, and upgrade them to the latest version. IF you have the latest version of your web browser, then make sure you delete all temporary internet files and delete all cookies.

Once you have done all of the above, I am fairly sure you will not be having this problem any longer. If you do, then you may have a piece of software running on your computer that has a bad bug in it causing a vulnerability in your web browser. Let me know how it goes.

First of all remove one of your antivirus programs as you should only have one. Having two antivirus programs will only cause you to have issues. If you want to remove Norton, the best way is to use the norton removal tool service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo....cid/2005033108162039. Which ever antivirus program you leave on your computer, make sure you update it. If they are expired or are old, then I recommend you uninstall them and get the free Microsoft Security Essentials http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/.

After you have your antivirus updated, create a new user account by clicking on start, then control panel. When your control panel opens up, click on user accounts. The user account menu will open, and under Pick a task, click on create a new account. Type in a name for the new account, then click next. You will then have the option to pick an account type, which you want to click the radio button for Computer administrator. At the bottom of the screen, click Create Account to finish creating the new account. After the account is created, reboot the computer and login with your newly created account. Before doing anything else, run a full scan with your antivirus program. It should be able to find all the infected files and remove them. Once this is done, you should be able to log off and log back into your old account and hopefully the infected files are gone.

I will say though that the best way to make sure our system is clean, specially if an antivirus is unable to remove the infected files is to do a clean install after you have backed up your files. This can be a long and painfull process, but after your clean install your computer will run faster and better. Let me know if this helps.
