My wife's laptop completely crashed and we were afraid we would loose all our pictures from Europe. After contacting the KMCTechGuy, he came to the house and picked up the laptop. The following day he gave my wife and I a call to let us know that he was able to get the laptop running and will scan for any documents, pictures, music, videos, etc., that we would like recovered. The following day he called again to let us know he had found the pictures- what a relief! After finishing the scan and getting Windows up and running again (along with installing numerous helpful programs for free), he returned the computer and showed us how to use everything he had installed.

To sum it up, KMCTechGuy (aka, Mike) was very friendly and professional. As soon as I finish typing this, I am going to ask him to fix our second computer. Great service, highly recommended!
