I think this is by far the best technical support I've ever found; there was no disembodied voice on the other end of a phone line with a superiority complex asking me if I'd remembered to plug it in or turn it on (and the best part for me was Mike speaks perfect English, I don't speak enough German to order a sandwich, much less do anything technical).
Instead I received wonderful service (which included frequent phone and e-mail/message updates on the progress of my laptop) with a personal touch, which didn't cost me anything at all.
I was skeptical at first of handing over something valuable to someone I did not know personally, but I know now that I had nothing to worry about because my computer was in good hands. ^_^
If any of my computers have any more issues while I'm here, I know who I'm going to call first!
