Coming from someone who is horrible with technology -- I have to say that having Michael to call on is great. The first time I asked for his help, it was concerning my wireless internet at home. He came right over, set it up and I haven't had an issue since. The second time, my hard drive on my laptop crashed. Within a week I had my computer back, and restored...some files saved!! And all the while, we communicated back and forth and I always had a reply within hours. So, needless to say, I am quite impressed with the service and think it is wonderful that he does this out of the goodness of his heart.
