Please share with others and myself how well your support was. Start a new thread and blast away. I want to hear the good and bad, but hopefully I won't hear anything bad. I am human though, and I do make mistakes from time to time. But I think that by providing you with free Tech Support, and only asking for donations, that you will get better service and a better feeling that you didn't get robbed the next time your issues get fixed. If you are providing negative feedback, I only ask that you be constructive and respective as I am providing this service for free.
