Hi there, first let me say that I am in no way tech saavy! For 1 year I have been trying to get my apple airport extreme wireless,apple computer and apple computer all hooked up. I have spent over $100.00 have people come and try to figure out, but for some reason the wirless wouldn't set up. Everything else worked fine, but non will all work together without the wireless. I had talked to the apple representatives and people at the apple store in koln and they would give me info on what to do, which I would write down, but when i went home and did all the things they said, nothing would work...grrrr, I was very frustrated. I even signed up for the tks talk and surf thinking that i needed to have their passcode information to get passed the regular modem box so I could hook up my wirless. Nope that wasnt it either. All this stuff was collecting dust and I was about ready to post it all on ramsteinyardsales.com. But then I wondered if I couldnt find someone on that site, low and behold there was the KMCTECHGUY page!!!!! So I emailed thinking, okay i should hear from them about midweek. NOPE try 2hours from the time I emailed the site!!!!!! Yeah I could hardly believe it, in fact it caught me a little off guard. The Kmctechguy called me, I gave him an overview of what my problem was and he told me that he'd be home in about 20min and we could start figuring out the problem over the internet. He was good to his word and from the time of his intial call to 1 1/2 hours later, my wireless was working like a CHARM..WHOOOHOOOO!!!!!Oh I am so estatic...the KMCTECHGUY, IS A LIFESAVER!!!! So with my wireless finally working everything else was able to sync up as well. He was professional, friendly and completed the task in record time!!!! Oh and he also told me that I pay for internet service through tks and that he recommended that I cancel my aol service, since I was technically double paying for the same service. What an honest guy! I have been telling all my friends about this site and have even recommeded going to kmctechguy before going to moms. I still can't believe that the consult was free, his time/services were at no charge to us. We can of course leave a donation if we like, but not required. We of course are going to give a donation though :o) this guy is excellent/honest. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU....FOR ALL YOUR HELP. YOUR SERVICE EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!!!!!!!!!!
