I've been getting a lot of donated computers to help out with folks that have broken computers. I use the parts that are good, to help fix the broken computers that are brought to me. This means that you get to have the parts I get for free. Yep, I do not charge for my service or for the parts I have to fix your computer. This has been made possible by the donated computer parts and cash donations made for the work and support I provide. Now the problem is that I have been getting a lot more parts than I have computers to fix, so I'm deciding to give a working desktop away for free to one lucky KMC individual.
Welcome to KMCTechGuy where I provide free computer, network, and tech support to the Kaiserslautern Military Community including on-site support. If you are not in the KMC Military area, you are still welcome to join. I will do my best to provide everyone with free support through the Support Forum no matter where you are located. I started this project as I enjoy working with technology and I am a very good technician. I wanted to expand my hobby, and provide a way to help more people with learning and fixing the problems that come with new technology. My expertise is in Computers and Networks, but I try to keep up on all the latest technologies like new Cell Phones, Televisions, Entertainment systems, and other tech gadgets. If you have problems in these areas, I will do my best to provide whatever support I can.

Get you computer repaired for free or at least find out what's wrong with it without having to pay a fee. If I can fix it on the spot without any replacement parts, the work is free. If I have to fix it with replacement parts, and I have the parts on hand from donated computer parts, then I will fix it for free. If the computer is broke, and I don't have the replacement parts available, I will point you in the right direction to purchase the right parts at the right price. I normally use NewEgg.com, TigerDirect.com, eBay.com and Amazon.com as my online source, and I do extensive price comparison and check reviews before recommending a part to be purchased. If the part can be found quicker and at a reasonable price, I also use local stores PC Spezialist, Saturn, MediMarkt, and AAFES PX/BX. Unfortunately I almost never find the parts at the PX/BX but every now and then you can find a good deal so I try to keep my eyes open there as well. So anyway, once the part is purchased, I will fix your computer for free. All I ask in return is to rate my support in the forum so others will now how great this service is and that you consider making a donation so that I can continue providing this great support.
