Network Support

I provide free network support from setting up wireless routers to help getting your DSL, Cable, Satellite or other network services working. There is much more I can do with your network as well.

I'm a certified network manager in the day when I'm not providing free tech support. Networks and the Internet is my professional job. If you need help getting your Intenet connected and you don't feel like paying Telekom or other companies those high installation fees then let me do it for you. Plus you will get a technician that will explain everything to you in English. You do not have to pay for installation fees so don't let them talk you into spending more money than what is needed. Now if you paid a one time setup fee, this is usually only the cost of connecting you to the main switch. Don't expect them to come into your house and set up everything for you unless you pay the additional costs. Please ask your provider if you are unsure and see how much you can save by allowing me to setup your connection in your house instead of the provider.

I can also help you get your wireless router working, extend your range, find ways to improve your wireless performance, and help you connect all your devices to your network.If your wireless is unsecured I can secure your connections to help keep you safe and teach you how to do it yourself. I can also answer any of your questions you may have about wireless networks and what equipment you need and provide you some good places to purchase what you need.

Another nice feature of having a network is the ability to share resources from all your network connected devices. I can help you configure your computers and printers so you can print to one printer from any of your computers. Maybe you want to share files between one computer to another, I can show you and help configure your computers so you can do this. If you are thinking about having a server on your Network or maybe having a hard drive on your network so you can have one central place to store your information, I can also help you get that feature working for you.
