Gaming consoles and portable gaming devices have come a long way since the original Atari and earlier gaming consoles. They also had less issues back then as they were simpler devices. Now gaming consoles try to push the envelope with graphics and speed. With this push they tend to suffer more issues that can be frustrating and extremly annoying. Probably the biggest issue is due to heat caused by these systems running the processor and graphics chips to their max. The longer you runs these systems the more likely you are to have problems. The PS3 and the XBOX360 usually fit this category with their common RROD (Red Ring of Death) and YLOD (Yellow Light of Death) issues. If you suffer from this issue, please contact the manufacturer and see if it has a warranty even if you think it doesn't as sometimes they will extend the warranty without your knowledge. Now if you find that the warrantly has expred for sure and you are still having problems, please let me know and I will see if I can't fix your issues.

Other gaming systems are less likely to have these kind of heat issues but they can still have problems. If you run into any issues with any gaming system, contact me and see if I can't help. I'm also aware of a few software and hardware hacks. I'm a firm believer that if you bought the device then you should be able to do whatever you want to do with it. But, I also respect the law. If you want a hack done to your system or need information, I will do what I can as long as it's within the limits of the law. Please do not ask me to do anything Illegal as I will not answer you and will not be able to help you. This includes pirating games. I'm a firm believer that if you want to play a game then you should purchase it. I believe the costs of games and software has gone up over the years because of too many users trying to get a free pass on someone else's hard work.
