Get you computer repaired for free or at least find out what's wrong with it without having to pay a fee. If I can fix it on the spot without any replacement parts, the work is free. If I have to fix it with replacement parts, and I have the parts on hand from donated computer parts, then I will fix it for free. If the computer is broke, and I don't have the replacement parts available, I will point you in the right direction to purchase the right parts at the right price. I normally use NewEgg.com, TigerDirect.com, eBay.com and Amazon.com as my online source, and I do extensive price comparison and check reviews before recommending a part to be purchased. If the part can be found quicker and at a reasonable price, I also use local stores PC Spezialist, Saturn, MediMarkt, and AAFES PX/BX. Unfortunately I almost never find the parts at the PX/BX but every now and then you can find a good deal so I try to keep my eyes open there as well. So anyway, once the part is purchased, I will fix your computer for free. All I ask in return is to rate my support in the forum so others will now how great this service is and that you consider making a donation so that I can continue providing this great support.
Since the site is new here in the KMC area, you may wonder what my limits are and what all I can and can't do. There are some things I can't do, and there may be times where I am unable to fix your system. If this is the case, I will explain to you why and try my best to provide you with the information for you to make the best decision on how to proceed with either fixing the system with the manufacturer or replacing the device. So far this has not been the case on any of the systems I have worked on. I have repaired a home wireless network, repaired a few cable modem network connections, replaced an hard drive in a HP netbook computer and repaired the fan, replaced a LCD screen in a Sony Laptop, and helped solve numerous software issues over the phone or via remote access to computer. And for those of you that are good with technology, but sometimes need a hand, I can help provide info you need so that you can solve the problem or issue yourself. Now that you see all that I can do, why would you pay someone else to even look at your computer when I can do it for free? So give me a chance to help you out. Use the support forum here on the site to post your issue, or contact me directly with your issues. You can find my contact info on the contact us page of this site. So there's no excuse now for you to get your tech problems fixed. I'm here to help you.
