KMCTechGuy is a brand new site. After being asked so many questions about PCs and Internet, and running into people at the PX having problems trying to figure out what they needed, I started thinking about how I could reach out and help. Now through this new site, I can reach out to many more people and help provide support and service that so many of us miss having when we were in the United States. There may be issues with this site and some of the features. If you find any, please let me know. In the support forum, there is an area where you can submit issues you find. This site will only be as good as the community, so please help me to make it better.
[UPDATE] The site is still fairly new and our community is still growing. I have helped fix about a dozen issue so far, and have more issue to help solve over the next few days. Please help me get information about this great service out to more people. Also, I am always looking for help to make the site look better and respond better to the community, so if you have some ideas please let me know. I'm still slowly working on the site, as well as providing free support when I can. I hope you have enjoyed the support and Welcome again to KMCTechGuy.
