I have updates that keep failing to install on Vista. I've tried multiple times with no results. What would cause this? Here are the updates. Security Update for Microsoft Office Excel 2007 (KB973593) Security Update for the 2007 Microsoft Office System (KB973704)

If your office is not a Genuine copy, that could cause the problem or if Windows thinks your copy is not Genuine. There may also be a corrupt file in Office that could cause the problem. Was there any other changes to your system before this started happening?

It is a Genuine Copy and it was right after I did that system restore, I restored it again to another previous date and problem solved. I guess it just corrupted a file when I restored it the first time.
